Richard Hayward is a freelance writer and broadcaster with over 30 years' first-hand experience, based in London, England.

His primary area of knowledge is UK and London theatre, and he has been theatre correspondent, critic and columnist for many publications and websites, including  Footloose In London Magazine, MQ Magazine, Theatrenow.com and What's On In London Magazine.

In addition, he has extensive knowledge of, and written features on travel, food and drink, entertainment and stand-up comedy.

He is a member of The National Union of Journalists and The Society of Authors.
